For working professionals
Your resume gets rewritten for every job. Your PEID doesn't.
A PEID is a permanent employee ID that holds your whole career: verified identity, every company, your projects and what past employers said about you. Share one number instead of a document.

Resume vs PEID
Why a resume stops working
A resume is a claim you make about yourself, re-typed for every application. A PEID is a record other people confirm.
- Who says it is true
- Resume: Only you
- PEID: You, the PEID team and your past companies
- Every new application
- Resume: Rewrite, reformat, re-upload
- PEID: Share the same number
- Past employers
- Resume: Names on a page
- PEID: Confirmations from official company emails
- Salary and address
- Resume: On the page for anyone who opens it
- PEID: Locked until you approve an employer
- After ten years
- Resume: Lost files and broken contacts
- PEID: One record that grew with your career
What goes into a PEID
Everything a resume tries to say, but checked
One permanent number
Your PEID, like PEID-ANANYA-0042, never changes. Put it on applications, your email signature or your badge.
Verified identity badge
The PEID team checks your PAN and Aadhaar once. After that, every employer sees the verified badge.
Companies that vouch for you
Ask past employers to confirm your role and dates from their official email. Each confirmation stays on your record.
Projects with context
Add the projects you actually built, under the company you built them for, with your role and stack.
Privacy you control
Salary, address, date of birth and family contacts stay locked until you approve an employer, for 90 days.
A badge you can carry
Order a printed PEID badge with your name, photo and a QR code that opens your public card.

Questions
Resume alternative FAQ
What is a PEID?
A Permanent Employee ID: one number that stays with you for your whole career, like a PAN for your work life. Employers look it up instead of reading a resume.
What happens to my PEID when I change jobs?
Nothing changes. Your PEID stays the same; you add the new company, and the old one can confirm your role and dates for every employer who looks you up later.
Who can see my salary and address?
Only employers you approve, for 90 days at a time, and you can revoke access whenever you like. Everyone else sees your public summary only.
Can I still send a resume?
Of course. You can also upload your resume when you sign up and PEID fills your record from it, so you don't type everything again.
Why would an employer trust a PEID more than a resume?
Because parts of it are confirmed by someone other than you. The PEID team checks your identity with PAN and Aadhaar, and past companies confirm your role and dates from their official email.
